For my inaugural 2026 mini sessions, you get to choose from three distinct and classic Northern California locations for your photo session:
- Vineyards - Petaluma, CA
- Wander among the first-of-the-season Fall color vineyards. As the vines stretch East to West, you'll get a gorgeous Fall sunset as the icing on the cake. Plus, treat yourself to a little wine tasting steps away before or after your session (book tasting separately).
- Redwoods - Marin, CA
- Surround yourself with towering evergreens for a classic holiday look
- Oak Tree Grove - Novato, CA
- Capture the Fall feel under the canopy of a beautiful California Oak Tree grove

How does the booking process work from start to finish?
Like your photo session, the booking process is short and sweet:
- Select your preferred location, date, and time in one of the calendars above
- Review & Sign the Agreement
- Pay online
- Enjoy your photo session!
- Receive images in a private, password-protected gallery, and receive Minted.com discount code
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE IMAGES?
Galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Rush delivery can be added for a fee. The dates available are selected so that you can receive your images and order photos online to get them in the mail at the start of the holiday season.
How many images can we expect to receive?
You can expect to receive at LEAST 10 edited photos (I usually deliver more). If you would like a certain number of photos, you are always welcome to book a private session where you can get extra time, do outfit changes, and bring your vision to life.
CAN I BOOK A DATE THAT'S NOT LISTED?
Yes! You are welcome to book a private mini session at one of the current mini session locations or a location unique to you. Note that private sessions have a higher rate than mini session dates. Reach out to coordinate a day and time that works for you: hello@cherishthechapterphotography.com
